Your dental business plan does not need to be complex. Actually, keeping it small and easy to use is preferable. It should be only a few pages, it should be easy to read, and it should be easy to edit. Once it’s created, you should refer to it at least monthly to make sure you’re on track. And then make any adjustments that are necessary.
