I would like to wish all of you a relaxed and joyous Thanksgiving Day and weekend with your family, friends and everyone who is dear to you. Take this time to unwind and not think about upcoming tasks and commitments.
Some of you might be inclined to use this spare time and finish some paperwork or do some cleaning in order to unburden the work load for the upcoming week. Let me give you some advice:
Your body and mind cannot be in constant work mode!
It is like in sports. You might think that the faster you run the more fat you will burn.  It is quite the opposite! You only get exhausted after a while and become unproductive. If you continue on this path nothing gets done.
This is why you need to take breaks and let your body recuperate and fill up on energy. Only then can you “run” toward the goals you have set for yourself.
Let go and relax!
Your family and friends will thank you; because the time you spend with them with your mind not occupied is the most precious thing you can give them on Thanksgiving.
Have a wonderful and stress-free time!
