Dental marketing tip # 10

Dear colleagues,

allow me ask you some questions:

  • Why are you doing your dental work every single day?
  • What makes you get out of the bed in the morning in order to spend 8+ hours providing dental services to your patients?
  • What motivates you, what inspires you as a dentist, as a human being?

Answering the questions above will lead you to the one essential question:

What is your vision for your dental business, what is its mission?

Have you ever taken time to gain clarity about the vision and the mission of your dental office?

Why should you? Why is it so important?

Imagine for a moment you know exactly where you want to be in a year from now, in two or 5 years.

Do you have an idea what you want to achieve in a year, two or 5 years?

Answering this question will make it very easy for you to communicate your goals:

- first and foremost to yourself

- to your loved ones

- to the members of your staff

- to your business partners

- to your patients

- to the world

Imagine you standing in front of your dental assistants during the daily meetings sharing with them your vision for your dental business.
Do you think it will become very natural for you to motivate and inspire them to become a part of your vision?

You bet!

The vision and the mission of your dental office are strongly connected.

Let me share with you what my mission is:

I want to spare dentists from all over the world the pain I had to endure – as a dentist and as a human being!

Do you believe me when I say that my life has changed profoundly since I know exactly what the vision and the mission of my business are?

My life now has a new meaning, a new dimension!

I am not saying it is easy to get the clarity about the vision and the mission of your dental office.

Start working on it today; share your thoughts with people who are important to you and will support you in the process, especially your staff members.

You will be amazed how your life will change!
