Pleasing Unhappy Patients at Your Dental Office
The ultimate goal of the dental work you provide at your dental practice is simple:
To satisfy your patients, free them from pain, and make them feel happy and confident when they leave the treatment room.
The question becomes‚ how do you respond when the opposite occurs and your patient is not happy at all?
Well, it always comes down to your intentions as a dentist and as a human being.
When you have the best intentions and you give the best of yourself, then it is enough‚ usually, more than enough.
You will never be in a position to please everyone. That’s an impossible dream because there are too many factors beyond your control.
Of course, you do what you can but there will always be people with internal disharmony, stress and problems that have nothing to do with you, your staff or your care.
As a healer, be patient with them.
As a dentist, give the best care possible.
As a human being, give the best of yourself and know that it’s all you have to give‚ and it‚’s enough.
Please share your experience about pleasing your patients at your dental practice.
