The secret of the communication with your dental assistants

Last Sunday during church service the priest spoke about the power of companionship.

The word companionship is comprised of the words com which means together and pan meaning bread.

Belonging together means breaking bread together, sharing a meal.

An important trait of human nature is the urge to belong, to be part of a community, to experience companionship with other people.

How does this information relate to your dental team and the way you communicate with every member of it?

The answer is very easy:

If there is something magical in “Breaking bread together” how about you inviting your entire dental team once in a month to:

Have dinner together; share a meal; spend precious private time to bond outside the dental practice.

You cannot imagine what a difference this monthly get together at a restaurant or even a picnic outside can make, how much it can contribute to the spirit of your dental team.

Give it a try and you will see the results immediately!
