When you think about the team at your dental office can you describe it with these words?

Why am I asking you this question?
Just recently I came across a survey stating that:
Harvard graduates were asked what the criteria were for them to choose one company over another.
I was convinced that reason number one would be money.
Yet it was not! More than 75% pointed out that what played a pivotal role in the decision-making process was
The spirit of the company they want to be a part of
Naturally, I was blown away.
Now, let me ask you the next question:
Are your dental assistants really happy to be a member of your amazing dental team?
This question and most of all the answer to it are crucial.
You rise and fall with your dental team.
Wouldn’t you want to attract the best and brightest employees and integrate them into your outstanding team?
